Specializing in lifestyle and consumer brands, Mr. Hayes conducts comprehensive customer analyses to gain insights into the brand journey. With a wealth of experience in diverse industries such as music, tobacco, telecommunications, spirits, and apparel, he brings a multifaceted perspective to his strategic approach.

Prior to establishing BWP, Mr. Hayes held the position of promotions director at major recording companies like BlackGround Records, Def Jam Recordings, and RCA Records. During this tenure, he played a pivotal role in crafting marketing programs for iconic artists such as Mary J. Blige, LL Cool J, and Janet Jackson. His involvement extended to notable marketing campaigns for Pepsi-Cola and Reebok.

Mr. Hayes is a proud holder of a BBA in Marketing from Tennessee State University and is an active member of professional associations, including AMA, PMA, and NARP
